We were absolutely fascinated by the marketing material they prepared for the property we wanted to sell: high quality pictures, video, 3D tour with ability to measure the rooms digitally and the property brochures for the buyers! At the same time they were assisting us in discovering the replacement properties. Natasha went above and beyond in helping us to find what we are looking for. She was putting a lot of hours in searching for places, setting up showings, writing offers, and negotiating with Chris’s assistance.

Natasha set us up with Coming Soon email notifications for properties that would come up on the market. A second after we saw a coming soon property, we asked her to schedule a showing for the day when it will go on the market. What Chris did instead was remarkable. He asked the seller’s agent to show us within an hour the same day they listed for the coming soon. That proactive action helped us to reserve the property before anyone could see it.

Even on the day of key exchange, Natasha had to drive very far to pick up keys from the seller’s agent and bring it back to the property. Chris went above and beyond in dealing with home warranty to make sure we are fairly compensated for the appliance issue we identified two days after we moved in. He prioritized our issue in his busy schedule and dedicated significant amount of time and effort to resolve it successfully. We were deeply touched when he delivered good news.

Chris has been amazing from start to finish. I was really hesitant on selling my condo and purchasing a new home. Chris and his amazing marketing managed to sell my property at a higher price than all the other properties in the neighborhood. I am really happy I trusted Chris because I sold my property and are now in a nicer location with more square footage.
